Historically, I have heart to stimulate the interest of my children the world around us. Several of you have probably visited beach destinations with your children. Beyond these pleasure trips, I now wish to take advantage of these travel experiences also to open their consciousness to the cultural and social differences that exist in the world.
Our next destination is the island of Bali in Indonesia. In this tropical paradise called " Island blessed by the gods "by the Balinese, there are still areas of extreme poverty outside the tours, especially in the east. This adventure we will discover a lifestyle very different from what I know and share our wealth with the poorest children. To make the experience more tangible for the children, Eve and Emy seek help from their classmates to fill a suitcase that can be used or simply to please the Balinese children.
In Bali, many children do not attend school because they are orphans or because parents lack the necessary financial resources. Note that for U.S. $ 160, we can allow a Balinese child to attend school for one year. So we will sponsor a little girl in the second year that we will meet directly in the middle.
