Unless a dramatic last-minute conference on global warming in Copenhagen will end in failure. The huge Western media machine, looking for a scapegoat, try without conviction designate the People's Republic of China as the first responsible for this terrible outcome.

In the current commitments of rich countries, responsible for the accumulation of greenhouse gases (GHGs), China actually refuses to make concessions without serious consideration.
